🛏️ What if my bed is faulty?

Please inspect your bed thoroughly upon delivery.
If you notice any visible damage to the packaging (e.g. tears or dents), report it to the courier and take clear photographs immediately.

If a fault is discovered:

  • Email us at nuria4beds@gmail.com with detailed photos as soon as possible.

  • If the issue qualifies as a fault or damage, we’ll arrange a like-for-like replacement of the affected part under warranty.

🔄 Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

Yes, you can cancel or make changes within 24 hours of placing your order without any charges.

📌 After 24 hours, your item may have entered production or been dispatched, in which case a restocking charge may apply.

Minor changes, such as a colour or fabric swap, may be possible (if they don't affect pricing), but must be confirmed quickly — get in touch as soon as possible at nuria4beds@gmail.com or call +44 7469 094294.

📦 Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order has been dispatched, we'll email you a shipping confirmation and tracking link.

We use various trusted couriers depending on the size and weight of your bed.
If you haven’t received tracking within 2 working days or need help, simply contact us and we’ll locate it for you.

🔥 Do your beds and mattresses meet UK Fire Safety Regulations?

Yes, 100%.
All our beds and mattresses fully comply with UK Fire Safety Regulations (UKFR). We routinely check with our suppliers to ensure all certificates are current and in line with legal standards.

🧾 Do your products come with a warranty?

Yes! We offer a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty on most of our products.
This warranty starts from the date your order is delivered.
If you experience a fault, please contact us and we’ll do our best to resolve it quickly.

🛌 I only need a bedframe. Will my mattress fit?

Absolutely.
All of our beds follow UK standard sizing, so if your mattress is a standard UK size (e.g. double, king, super king), it will fit perfectly.

🚚 How long will my delivery take?

As all of our beds are handmade to order, we aim to deliver within 7–10 working days.
Some models may take slightly longer depending on materials or busy periods, but we’ll always keep you updated.

You’ll receive a delivery notification in advance to help you prepare.

🗓️ Can I book delivery for a specific date?

Yes, in most cases!
If you want to schedule or delay your delivery to a specific day, please let us know before dispatch, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

🛠️ Why is my Ottoman base not closing properly?

Ottoman gas pistons are often stiff when new — this is perfectly normal.
Place your mattress on the base and apply gentle, even pressure. The weight of the mattress helps to soften the mechanism over time and allows for smoother operation.
