📦 Order Processing Time
  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday).

  • Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

  • Order Cut-Off Time: 2:00 PM GMT.
    Orders placed before this time will be processed on the same day. Orders placed after will be processed on the next business day.

All deliveries are via third-party couriers. You will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number once your order is dispatched.

Track your shipment using the tracking number emailed to you after dispatch.
If you haven't received a tracking number within 2 business days, email us at nuria4beds@gmail.com, and we’ll help you track it.

🔁 Cancellation & Returns Policy
48-Hour Cooling-Off Period

You may cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it free of charge.

To cancel, please let us know:

  • In writing (email) or

  • By phone

After this 48-hour window, cancellations will incur fees as described below.

Cancelling After 48 Hours
  • A 30% cancellation fee applies if the order is cancelled after 48 hours.

  • If the item has already been delivered but is unopened, the cancellation fee is capped at £60 per item.

  • If the bed is used or opened, a 30% fee applies per item.

🛠️ Each bed is custom-made to order — after 14 days from delivery or once the product is used/opened, it becomes non-returnable unless faulty.

↩️ Returns Policy
  • You have 14 days from delivery date to request a return in writing (email or letter).

  • Only items in original condition and packaging are eligible for return.

  • Opened and/or used items will incur a 30% restocking charge.

  • A £100 or £150 handling fee (depending on item) will apply for exchanges or returns post-delivery.

  • After 14 days, returns may not be accepted and will be dealt with case-by-case at our discretion.

🛏️ Mattresses: For hygiene reasons, once the sealed packaging is opened, mattresses cannot be returned or exchanged.

🧰 Faulty or Damaged Items

We stand by the quality of our beds. However, in the rare case your item is faulty:

  1. Inspect the item on delivery (check packaging for damage).

  2. If faulty:

    • Record the issue with the courier (if possible)

    • Send us photographic evidence within 24 hours of delivery

    • Email to nuria4beds@gmail.com

🛡️ Items fall under a 1-Year Manufacturer’s Warranty from the date of delivery.
📦 Faults reported after 24 hours may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

📏 Will it Fit?

Please double-check all measurements before placing your order.
All our beds are bespoke, handmade products.

  • It is your responsibility to ensure your bed fits the intended space.

  • All measurements are approximate, and you should allow up to 5cm tolerance.

Once delivered and used, non-fitting items are non-returnable.

💷 Refund Policy
  • Refunds are processed back to your original payment method.

  • Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

  • Refunds apply only in accordance with the cancellation and returns policies above.

📬 Important Reminders
  • Always inspect items upon delivery.

  • We cannot accept returns or offer refunds on:

    • Opened mattresses

    • Used bedding items

    • Items ordered more than 14 days ago (unless faulty)
